Kacy was fabulous with our two dogs and senior cat! One of our dogs has trouble meeting new people and Kacy was super patient, spending extra meet and greet time with her before our booking. During her stay with our pets, Kacy sent regular updates and photos, and she even vacuumed and stripped the bed before leaving on her final day! We'd absolutely book her again.
